"A LETTER FROM JOSEPH"
		- A DOCUMENT WRITTEN BY JOSEPH I. DEC, RECEIVED BY FORREST JACKSON.
		zer0 SAYS: This very, very short letter was received by Mr. Forrest Jackson in 1995, after he wrote to Mr. Dec's address and inquired about the whereabouts of Francis. The letter is, as the name implies, not written by Francis but rather by his brother, Joseph I. Dec; the so-called "deadly felon-murderer secret assassin spy-agent" against Francis! Although, given the tone present in this letter, it seems pretty certain that Joseph was a much nicer man in reality than Francis' paranoid delusions gave him credit for. This letter speaks volumes of Joseph's apparent true character and seems to portray him as a caring man instead of a deadly felon-murderer. Don't take my word for it, though; read it for yourselves! After locating the then-current whereabouts of Francis E. Dec, Mr. Jackson decided to visit him in person in late 1995.
